In the Domaine Double D we offer you to rent
a fully equipped Caravan for 4 persons maximum.

Since 2021 we rent out a large and comfortable completely re-renovated caravan, nicely furnished. with a spacious patio and private garden. The caravan is part of a small and secure domain which all the features we just mentioned. You can use your terrace to relax and have your breakfast or dinner in the sun, enjoy the shared swimming pool where you can have a sun bath all day, prepare your meal in your caravan or in the pool kitchen or have a BBQ, professional artificial green tennis and "jeu de boules" field.

If you come by car, there are many interesting trips to make. If you want to discover the nightlife, there are a lot of possibilities. As a golf player many courses give you all pleasure to play. It is possible to rent one of our bikes to discover all nice towns like Nice, Cannes, Antibes or make a trip in the area.

• The apartment has a dual air conditioning / heating.
• We offer you to rent a children´s bed. This luxurious bed has a service area and storage. Children up to 15 Kg can sleep comfortably on the extra mattress. You can order this bed when you book an apartment (not included in the rental price).
• Our taxi service brings you comfortably to your apartment. During the ride along the Mediterranean we tell you all about the region and answer all your questions. (not included in the rental price).

• Shared swimming pool opens from sunrise to sunset.
• Shared tennis court opens from sunrise to sunset. (tennis rackets can be rented or bring them youself)
• Linen and towels are provided but please provide your own beach towels.

Cagnes-sur-Mer

Cagnes-sur-Mer is a town in south-eastern France located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, between Saint-Laurent-du-Var and Villeneuve-Loubet. It stretches along a coast offering nearly four kilometers of beach and is surrounded by hills, including the castle which rises to 90 meters above sea level.

It was the retreat and final address of the painter Renoir, who moved there in 1907 in an attempt to improve his arthritis and remained until his death in 1919. In the late 1920s, Cagnes-sur-Mer became a residence for many American renowned literary and art figures, such as Kay Boyle, George Antheil and Harry and Caresse Crosby. Author Georges Simenon (1903–1989), creator of the fictional detective Commissaire Maigret, lived at 98, montée de la Bourgade in the 1950s with his third wife and their three children; his initial "S" may still be seen in the wrought iron on the stairs.

Domaine Double D is a large domain on the road just outside Cagnes-sur-Mer. The secured domain is situated on a hill and offers a swimming pool, pool house with fully equipped free to use kitchen, free to use BBQ, fully professional free to use Artificial tennis court, Jeu de Boulles, parking places. Because of these hills the domain is NOT allowed for children under the age of 12.
Babies however are allowed.

You will not be bored and notice that one holiday is too short to discover it all.

You can book in 4 easy steps:

1. Fill in the form, by pressing the button below, sent us an e-mail or call us.
2. You get a bookings confirmation and invoice and a link to pay online by email or SMS  (in general within 24 hours).
3. You complete the form and sign it and return it to us by scan or email. 
4. You pay the first payment on the invoice within one week. You pay the second payment not later then one month before the arrival date in our account. No cheques allowed.
   
   You can pay directly online with the link we provide you (Costs 3% extra) or you can pay by bank transfer.

Cleaning:

• The bed linen and towels are included.

• This rate includes a welcome pack with towel and tea towel in the kitchen, guest towel in the toilet, trash bag in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet, paper in the kitchen and toilet. 

• The beds in the caravan are made on arrival and on every bed you find towels. Beach / pool towels you need to bring yourself.

Damage Deposit: We will invoice you separately. This deposit, with the final statement refundable except in the case of damage. The final payment shall be made not later than 3 weeks after your departure date.

Tourist tax: The tourist is mandatory per person per night if older than 12 years, and you will be charged on the invoice. 

Payment of the rent and the deposit: 25% of the invoiced amount is to be paid within a week after the reception of the application form to our account. Only then the booking is final. The second and last term, no later than one month before the day of arrival to our account to be credited. No cheques nor credit cards are accepted.

Conditions: The apartment can be rented with up to 4 persons. Pets are NOT permitted. Smoking is not permitted in the domain.

Bookings: You can start your holiday any day of the week and end it any day of the week as well. The minimum stay in July and August is one week, outside the season 5 days. You can book as many days as you like. You are welcome to check in the arrival day between 4PM and 8PM. No early check-in please. An arrival after 8PM is not possible without an extra charge of € 100.00. On your departure day you are welcome to leave between 7AM and 11AM. No late check outs possible.

Cancellations:

• In the event of cancellation more than a month before the day of arrival you will be charged 25% costs.
• If your cancellation reaches us less than a month before the arrival date you will be charged 100% of the rental fees. We return the cleaning fees and damage deposit minus € 75.00 administration cost.
• If you have a valid and accepted reason to cancel, you can change the group of guests with accepting an administration cost of € 75.00. Only the same number of guests is allowed.
• If the same period can be rented out by us, we will refund you the rent minus € 75.00 administration cost.

We have organised your stay with respect of all COVID regulations on the time of your stay. If you need to cancel your stay because of the regulations, please check your travel insurance first.
