Since 2008 we built up a lot of experience and with this experience we offer you some packages you can choose. With all flexibility you need for your situation and it is adjustable all the time you want. We work together with companies to be able to give you all services you need.

Our services:
House management on a fixed base:
In this package we agree what to do for you on a regular basis (for instance once a week or once a month)
You can choose from the list below one or more items:
Check your home (once per week, once per month, on request)
Replacements of keys and beeps.
- Accompany suppliers in your home and stay with them during their work.
- Accepting (mail)packages.
- Extra check after heavy weather (code orange or higher) or on demand.
- Check and destroy vermin in and around your home.
- Empty your mailbox, scan your mail and forward it by email or fax.
- Watering the plants in the house or terrace.
- In between between you and the gardener, swimming pool maintenance, car maintenance.
- Administration, paying your invoices, Taxe Fonciere and Taxe Habitation.
- Insurances for your house, boat, car, scooter.
- Taxe de Séjour (tourist tax).
- In between with your suppliers and contacts.
- Simple translations for your documents.
- Buy or sell your home.
- Taking care of visits with agencies, visits monitoring your selling or buying.

- We invoice you a fixed rate per month for the work you desire.
House management on personal basis:
With this service you choose which item you want and how many times you want it. It is a minimum number of items added with some one time requests.
For instance we agree to check your home monthly and empty your mailbox and you add a one time request from the list for the next visit. This is always possible.
So you are flexible the way you want it. We invoice you monthly a flexible amount for the work we have done for you.
Cleaning, washing and ironing for owners:
Because every owner is different but also every visit can be different we have added a flexible system for your cleaning, washing and ironing before and after your visit.
- We invoice you the hours we spent on your cleaning,
- the number of washing machines and dryers,
- the time we needed for ironing.
- And you tell us before you arrive what services you desire before you arrive and after you have gone.

Transfer service:
We help you with a transfer service from and to Nice Airport.

We help you to bring the groceries from your list before you arrive.
Maintenance:
- Our handyman can help you with the maintenance of your home.
- We monitor the works in and around your home, garden or swimming pool.
- We work together with a lot of enterprises to do almost any work in and around your home.
Mail service:
You can have your mail or packages delivered at our address.
We transport it to your home, Scan the mail and forward it to your email address.
We empty your mailbox and pick uoppackages from the post office.
