apartment  "Zenazur" for 3 persons.

This gorgeous, 4th floor, large 55m2 one bedroom apartment is ideal for a romantic holiday. You wake up to the calm of the large garden of the residence and the sun rising over the water. The bedroom, living room and kitchen open onto the 17m2 terrace where there is a large table and lounge furniture to enjoy the beautiful views of the marina, Antibes old town and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment is 10 minutes walk to everything Antibes has to offer.

This apartment offers:

• Surface apartment 55M2, terrace 17 M2
• Marble floors, electric shutters and awnings
• 1 Bedrooms with queen size bed.
• 1 Fully fitted Bathroom, separate toilet room.
• The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with a oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, Toaster, Dishwasher, Electric kettle, Fridge, freezer, raclette set, induction cooking plates.
• The living room has a large LED TV, Radio, Stereo with Ipod docking station, DVD / Blue Ray player, TV decoder with 100+ tv channels (a few in English and other languages)
• Free Internet (WiFi) available.
• You will also find a dining table with 4 chairs.
• Iron / Ironing board, Washing machine and dryer

• Our taxi service brings you comfortably to your apartment. During the ride we tell you all about the region and answer all your questions. (not included).

• Linen, towels and pool towels are provided, shared parking available on residence grounds or surrounding streets.
• A child's cot is available (not included)

• Outside
  You can either sit in the sun or in the shade under your own sun blinds and have a beautiful view over Antibes and the Mediterranian. The terrace is equipped with a table and 4 chairs and lounge sofa. 
  

Conditions:

• The apartment is to be rented for a maximum of 3 persons.
• There is an additional single bed in the living room.
• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
• Pets are not allowed.
• You can start or end your holiday any day of the week.
• Minimum stay between July and September is one week, outside the season 3 days.

• You are welcome to check in the arrival day between 4PM and 8PM. No early check-in please.
• An arrival after 8PM is not possible without an extra charge of € 100.00

• On your departure day you are welcome to leave between 7AM and 10AM. No late check outs possible.

This apartment is available to rent throughout the year, enabling you to enjoy the charm of Antibes and the Mediterranean at

any time you choose.

Cleaning:

• This price includes a welcome pack with tablets for washing machine (2), dish waher (2), towel and tea towel in the kitchen, guest towel in the toilet, trash bag in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet, paper in the kitchen and toilet. All if available.

• All the beds in the apartment are made on arrival and on every bed you find towels. Beach / pool towels you need to bring yourself.

Deposit:

• A deposit is required for each booking. We will charge you separately.
• We return this deposit except in the event of damage to the apartment.
• It will be returned within three weeks after departure, in full or reduced for repairs/cancellation.
  

Payment of Rental and Deposit:

• 25% of your invoice is payable within one week of making the booking.
• The rental is only confirmed after this first payment and the bookings form have been received.
• The additional 75%, becomes due one  month before arrival.

Cancellations:

• In the event of cancellation for more than a month before the day of arrival you will be charged 25% costs.
• If your cancellation reaches us less than a month before the arrival date you will be charged 100% of the rental fees. We return the cleaning fees and damage deposit minus € 75.00 administration cost.
• If you have a valid and accepted reason to cancel, you can change the group of guests with accepting an administration cost of € 75.00. Only the same number of guests is allowed.
• If the same period can be rented out by us, we will refund you the rent minus € 75.00 administration cost.

About Antibes and its surrounding area:
Antibes offers tourists a host of activities including water sports, tennis, thalassotherapy, theme parks, shopping, museums, cinema and theatre. The town is a pleasant mix with small winding streets full of little stores and many good and cosy restaurants and cafes. The harbour is well known for it super yachts which people can watch and view from the sea wall. The old town is famous for the Picasso museum, Absinth museum and has a wonderful daily market. For those who are interested there is an exciting nightlife in the town or close by in Juan Les Pins. Antibes brings you pleasure any time of the year as the weather is always very fine (300 days of sunshine a year).

Antibes is in the middle of the Côte d'Azur with Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Fréjus, St Maxime and St. Tropez close by. If you get tired of the beach and the swimming pool then the inland lakes Lac de Carcès and Lac St. Croix guarantee lots of water fun. The "Grand Canyon" of France the Gorges du Verdon are of breathtaking beauty. You can see the Verdon River at a height of 700 m flowing between the rocks. Worthwhile visiting nearby: Tourtour, Villecroze and St Cezaire with its caves, Salernes with its industry, Entrecasteaux with its beautiful castle and the magnificent abbey Thoronet. Sillan-la-Cascade with its waterfall. Beautiful nature in the Esterel area, the coastline, the Napoleon route.

Activities
Golf at Biot, Valbonne or Mandelieu or at St Endreol (Le Muy) at 25 min; Barbaroux (Brignoles) at 30 min, horseback riding at 15 min. St Maxime beach at 30 min. Skiing Isola at 2 hours. Canoeing / rafting on the Verdon and nearby on the river, Argens is quite an experience. You can also do hiking, shopping, cycling, diving, roller-skating, dancing.

You can book in 4 easy steps:

    Just a quick note to say thank you very much for the use of your beautiful apartment. It was such a pleasure to arrive at somewhere that actually did look like the photos on the web. The gardens were beautiful in May. It was also very pleasant to come back in the evening to prepare a meal in such a well-equipped kitchen. Watching the last of the sun on the harbour and the moonlight over the lighthouse on the hill was a great way to end the day. One can be in the centre of the old town in ten minutes and the train station is only five minutes away. We hired a small car because we wanted to walk in the hills and it was great having the shared parking space in the grounds. We climbed the Baou above St Jeannet and the view was wonderful - well worth the effort!! From the apartment we also walked miles/kilometres both in and around Antibes and the 'Cap' returning via Juan les Pins. It is very easy to do part of these walks using the local bus service. Ruud and his wife were also very helpful, welcoming and efficient. We hope we will be able to return sometime soon to your apartment for another holiday in the region. We will recommend your apartment unreservedly to our friends.

    Had a great stay, loved Antibes. The apartment is in a quiet area, conveniently located and an easy walk to sights, shopping and transportation - even if you are 65+. It is well equipped with everything needed, very clean, well maintained and a spectacular view. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

    Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

wunderschönes apartment mit top-ausstattung in einer sehr gepflegten residenz. alle im internet angegebenen informationen und bilder stimmen mit der realität überein. der blick in den traumhaft schönen garten bis hin zur altstadt von antibes und einem teil des yachthafens war immer wieder ein genuss. das holländische verwalter-ehepaar ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. der kontakt zu den vermietern war sehr angenehm und alle fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. alles in allem haben wir uns in diesen 8 tagen sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

A wonderful apartment with fabulous views. Great to wake up in the am watching the sun rise over the harbor and the city. Apt is good size and has everything you would want or need. Easy 15/20 minute walk to old town and restaurants yet apt is away from all the noise and bustle of the Riviera. Very quiet at night. Several small stores within 5 minute walk and larger super markets a short 10 minute ( or less) drive. Ruud, the manager, together with his wife, met us at the apt and made our stay very comfortable. Delightful residents/neighbors in the building. A very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
