• Double bed in bedroom. Access through French window to patio. Two convertible sofa beds in living area (one double, one single).
• Limed oak kitchen with integrated fridge and dishwasher. Fan oven and electric hob. Microwave oven. Crockery and cooking utensils for 5.
• Spacious living cum dining area with French windows opening onto large patio.
• Two sofabeds, coffee table, dining table and chairs. TV , DVD player and music system with iPod dock.
• Bed linen and towels are supplied. At the end of your booking the apartment will be cleaned. We will charge you € 70.00.
• Small private garden leading to large communal gardens. Patio furniture including table, chairs parasol and two sunloungers.
• We offer you to rent a children´s bed. This luxurious bed has a service area and storage. Children up to 15 Kg can sleep comfortably on the extra mattress. You can order this bed when you book an apartment. (not included)
• Our taxi service brings you comfortably to your apartment. During the ride along the Mediterranean we tell you all about the region and answer all your questions. (not included)
• In the kitchen you will find a hob / stove, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher
• In the apartment you also find a washing machine, Iron/Ironing board, Cable TV, Central heating/Airco,
• The residence has a communal swimming pool

You can book in 4 easy steps:

1. Fill in the form, by pressing the button below, sent us an e-mail or call us.
2. You get a bookings confirmation and invoice by email
   (in general within 24 hours).
3. You complete the form and sign it and return it to us by scan, email, fax or mail. 
4. You pay the first payment on the invoice within one week. You pay the second payment more than one month before the arrival date in our account. No cheques allowed.

Details:

• You can rent this apartment with 4 people.
• Pets only are allowed after permission of the owner.
• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. You are welcome to smoke in the garden. No smoking is allowed in the swimming pool
• You can start or end your holiday any day of the week.

• You can book as many days as you prefer

• Arrival day is between 4.00pm and 6.00pm.
• Departure day is between 7.00am and 10.00am

• We also provide a taxt service from Nice airport. A maximum of 3 persons and normal luguage. Please ask when you do the booking.

• A deposit is required for each booking. This deposit will be returned except in the event of a cancellation or damage to the apartment. The deposit will be returned within three weeks after departure, in full or reduced for repairs/cancellation.

• At the end of your booking the apartment will be cleaned. We will charge you € 100.00.
• If you have to cancel the booking the costs are 25% of the invoice if the booking is cancelled more than one month before arrival date and 50% within one month of the arrival date.

Situated in a peaceful domain, surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with Jeu de Boules field and beautiful communal pool and poolhouse, this sunfilled apartment is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday or discovering the delights of the Cote D'Azur and Provence.

Just a few minutes walk will bring you to a local boulangerie and supermarket. The sea and its award winning pebbly beach is a 10 minute walk away. A five minute drive or 25 minute stroll brings you to the mediaeval old town and international marina or hop on the local bus which stops right beside the apartment.

Antibes offers tourists a host of activities including water sports, tennis, thalassotherapy, theme parks, shopping, museums, cinema and theatre. The town is well known as a place for super yachts and the town has many good restaurants and cafés. The old town is famous for the Picasso museum, a wonderful daily market and many craft shops and boutiques. For those who want it there is an exciting nightlife in the town or closeby in Juan Les Pins. Antibes brings you pleasure any time of the year as the weather is always very fine (300 days of sunshine a year)
