A luxury apartment in the South of France

Situated in a peaceful domain, surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with Jeu de Boules field and beautiful communal pool and poolhouse, this sunfilled apartment is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday or discovering the delights of the Cote D'Azur and Provence.

Just a few minutes walk will bring you to a local boulangerie and supermarket. The sea and its award winning pebbly beach is a 10 minute walk away. A five minute drive or 25 minute stroll brings you to the mediaeval old town and international marina or hop on the local bus which stops right beside the apartment.

Antibes offers tourists a host of activities including water sports, tennis, thalassotherapy, theme parks, shopping, museums, cinema and theatre. The town is well known as a place for super yachts and the town has many good restaurants and cafés. The old town is famous for the Picasso museum, a wonderful daily market and many craft shops and boutiques. For those who want it there is an exciting nightlife in the town or closeby in Juan Les Pins. Antibes brings you pleasure any time of the year as the weather is always very fine (300 days of sunshine a year)

• You can rent this apartment with 5 people.
• Pets only are allowed after permission of the owner.
• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. You are welcome to smoke in the garden. No smoking is allowed in the swimming pool
• You can start or end your holiday any day of the week.

• You can book as many days as you prefer
• Minimum stay in July and August is one week, outside the season 3 days

• Arrival day is between 4.00pm and 8.00pm.
• Departure day is between 7.00am and 10.00am

• We also provide a taxt service from Nice airport. A maximum of 4 persons and normal luguage. Please ask when you do the booking.

• A deposit is required for each booking. This deposit will be returned except in the event of a cancellation or damage to the apartment. The deposit will be returned within three weeks after departure, in full or reduced for repairs/cancellation. .

You can book in 4 easy steps:

2. You get a bookings confirmation and invoice by email  (in general within 24 hours).
3. You complete the form and sign it and return it to us by scan, email, fax or mail.
4. You pay the first payment on the invoice within one week. You pay the second payment more than one month before the arrival date in our account. No cheques allowed.

• We offer you to rent a children´s bed. This luxurious bed has a service area and storage. Children up to 15 Kg can sleep comfortably on the extra mattress. You can order this bed when you book an apartment. (rental not included)
• Our taxi service brings you comfortably to your apartment. During the ride along the Mediterranean we tell you all about the region and answer all your questions. (not included)

Cleaning:

• The cleaning is not included. 

• This rate includes a welcome pack with tablets for washing machine (2), dish waher (2), towel and tea towel in the kitchen, guest towel in the toilet, trash bag in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet, paper in the kitchen and toilet. All if available.

• All the beds in the apartment are made on arrival and on every bed you find towels. Beach / pool towels you need to bring yourself.

Damage Deposit: We will invoice you separately. This deposit, with the final statement refundable except in the case of damage. The final payment shall be made not later than 3 weeks after your departure date.

Tourist tax: The tourist is mandatory per person per night if older than 12 years, and you will be charged on the invoice. 

Payment of the rent and the deposit: 25% of the invoiced amount is to be paid within a week after the reception of the application form to our account. Only then the booking is final. The second and last term, no later than one month before the day of arrival to our account to be credited. No cheques nor credit cards are accepted.

Bookings: You can start your holiday any day of the week and end it any day of the week as well. The minimum stay in July and August is one week, outside the season 3 days. You can book as many days as you like. You are welcome to check in the arrival day between 4PM and 8PM. No early check-in please. An arrival after 8PM is not possible without an extra charge of € 100.00. On your departure day you are welcome to leave between 7AM and 10AM. No late check outs possible.
