In the center of Antibes we offer you to rent a more than 100 year old 1 bedroom Fisherman's home. You can rent this apartment with a maximum of 4 people. 

This old Fisherman's home has still authentic maks like wooden beams, the original sink, the original mirrors and more details from the ancient history. But of course it also has the latest details like internet and TV. This old apartment has all the latest details without losing the authentity of the past. It is furnished in style. This Fisherman's home is on the first floor and is 45 M2. The apartment has airconditionning. When you walk out the front door, you are in the middle of Antibes Center, with all restaurants, bars, shops and the beach on walking distance. Everything you need is very nearby.

This apartment offers:

The apartment is 45 M2 and has a living, one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. To park your car is, like in every center of every town a little difficult, you park in one of the public parkhouses (not included).  A baker shop is just next to your front door and all the restaurants and bars are on walking distance. The sandy beach is just 3 minutes away. The nearest supermarkt at the end of the street.

Living:

The cosy living has an old wooden floor but is very well maintained. An Airco, internet (WiFi), a bigscreen TV, TV decoder with more than 200 channels in several languages, Radio, DVD player it all is available for you. The dinner table is also in the living and has 4 chairs.

Bedroom:

Has a Queen size bed, very special are the authentic mirrors, airco. We also have a baby cot available (not included). On arrival the beds are made and you will find towels on the beds. Swimming towels are not provided. There also is an Iron / ironing board available for you.

Bathroom:

Fully fitted bathroom with a modern shower and a double sink.

Kitchen:

Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, stove, micro wave, Coffee machine, water cooker, fridge with a freezer and elektrical plates.

Toilet:

There is a separate toilet in the apartment.

Taxi:

Our shuttel service can pick you up and bring you to Nice Airport (not included). During the ride, we tell you all about the region and answer all your questions.

Conditions:

• The apartment is to be rented for a maximum of 4 persons (plus 1 baby in child's cot).
• Pets only are allowed with a written permission after you sent a recent picture with the reservation.
• Smoking is stricktly not allowed in the apartment.
• You can start or end your holiday any day of the week.
• Minimum stay between July and September is one week, outside the season 3 days.

• You are welcome to check in on the arrival day between 4PM and 8PM. No early check-in please.
• Arrival after 8PM is not possible without an extra charge of € 100.00

• On your departure day you are welcome to leave between 7AM and 10AM. No late check out possible.

This apartment is available to rent throughout the year, enabling you to enjoy the charm of

Antibes and the Mediterranean at any time you choose.

Cleaning:

• The cleaning is not included. This rental price includes a welcoming package with tablets for washing machine, dishwasher, towels and tea towels in the kitchen, guest towels in the toilet, trash bag in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet, paper in the kitchen and toilet. All the beds in the apartment are made on arrival and on every bed, you find towels. Beach / pool towels are not provided.

Deposit:

• A deposit is required for each booking. We will charge you separately. We return this deposit except in the event of damage to the apartment. It will be returned within six weeks after departure, in full or reduced for repairs/cancellation.

Payment of Rental and Deposit:

• 25% of your invoice is payable within one week of making the booking. The rental is only confirmed after this first payment and the bookings form have been received. The additional 75%, becomes due one  month before arrival.
• Cancellations:

• In the event of cancellation more than a month before the day of arrival, you will be charged 25% costs. If your cancellation reaches us less than a month before the arrival date, you will be charged 100% of the rental fees. We return the cleaning fees and damage deposit minus € 75.00 administration cost. If you have a valid and accepted reason to cancel, you can change the group of guests with accepting an administration cost of € 75.00. Only the same number of guests is allowed. If the same period can be rented out by us, we will refund you the rent minus € 75.00 administration cost.

About Antibes and its surrounding area:
Antibes offers tourists a host of activities including water sports, tennis, thalassotherapy, theme parks, shopping, museums, cinema and theatre. The town is a pleasant mix with small winding streets full of little stores and many good and cosy restaurants and cafes. The harbour is well known for it super yachts which people can watch and view from the sea wall. The old town is famous for the Picasso museum, Absinth museum and has a wonderful daily market. For those who are interested there is an exciting nightlife in the town or close by in Juan Les Pins. Antibes brings you pleasure any time of the year as the weather is always very fine (300 days of sunshine a year).

Antibes is in the middle of the Côte d'Azur with Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Fréjus, St Maxime and St. Tropez close by. If you get tired of the beach and the swimming pool then the inland lakes Lac de Carcès and Lac St. Croix guarantee lots of water fun. The "Grand Canyon" of France the Gorges du Verdon are of breathtaking beauty. You can see the Verdon River at a height of 700 m flowing between the rocks. Worthwhile visiting nearby: Tourtour, Villecroze and St Cezaire with its caves, Salernes with its industry, Entrecasteaux with its beautiful castle and the magnificent abbey Thoronet. Sillan-la-Cascade with its waterfall. Beautiful nature in the Esterel area, the coastline, the Napoleon route.

Activities
Golf at Biot, Valbonne or Mandelieu or at St Endreol (Le Muy) at 25 min; Barbaroux (Brignoles) at 30 min, horseback riding at 15 min. St Maxime beach at 30 min. Skiing Isola at 2 hours. Canoeing / rafting on the Verdon and nearby on the river, Argens is quite an experience. You can also do hiking, shopping, cycling, diving, roller-skating, dancing.

You can book in 4 easy steps:

4. You pay the first payment on the invoice within one week. You pay the second payment not later than one month before the arrival date in our account. No cheques allowed.
