INFORMATION:

You can ask for a baby bed in this apartment. Baby bed + mattress for only € 4,00 per day extra.

CONDITIONS:

Cleaning:

• At the end of your booking the apartment will be cleaned. We will additionally charge you for the cleaning.

Deposit:

• A deposit is required for each booking. We will charge you extra for the damage deposit.
• This deposit wil be returned except in the event of damage to the apartment.
• It will be returned within three weeks after departure, in full or reduced for repairs/cancellation.
  

Payment of Rental and Deposit:

• 25% of your invoice is payable within one week of making the booking.
• The rental is only confirmed after this first payment and the bookings form have been received.
• The additional 75%, becomes due four weeks before the date of arrival.

Conditions:

• The apartment is to be rented for a maximum of 2 persons and a baby.

• From this season 2010 we expand our services to provide a child´s bed and a mattress.
  We ask you to bring the sheets and blanket for it yourself.
  If you make a booking you can ask for this bed. If available you will have the bed on your arrival date.
  If the bed is already taken we inform you immediately.
• No pets allowed.

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace.

• You can start or end your holiday any day of the week.

• You can book as many days as you like.

• Arrival day is between 4.00pm and 6.00pm
• Departure day is between 7.00am and 10am 

Long term rent:

• This apartment is available for a long term rent from September till May.
• Damage deposit is set to 1 months rent (payable in advance)

Cancellations:

• If your cancellation reaches us 1 month before the planned arrival date, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
• If your cancellation reaches us between less than 1 month before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
  

You can book in 4 easy steps:

1. Fill in the form, by pressing the button below, sent us an e-mail or call us.
2. You get a bookings confirmation and invoice by email
   (in general within 24 hours).
3. You complete the form and sign it and return it to us by scan, email, fax or mail. 
4. You pay the first payment on the invoice within one week. You pay the second payment more than one month before the arrival date in our account. No cheques allowed.

Information and Prices:

• Your holiday can start on every day of the week and you can book as many days as you like. So you can book a plane flight in the cheapest way you can find. And if you come by car you can avoid the “black Saturdays” in the season.
• If you want, we can pick you up from Nice Airport and bring you to the apartment and at the end of your holiday we bring you to Nice Airport.
• You will find a clean apartment, the beds already made and we offer you a bottle of nice wine from our region.
• During your stay we are available for you for advice and help if you need it.
• If you have booked this apartment longer than a week it is possible to clean it extra on demand, change the bed linen and towels. The final cleaning is taken care off. We offer you to rent a children´s bed. This luxurious bed has a service area and storage. Children up to 15 Kg can sleep comfortably on the extra mattress. You can order this bed when you book an apartment for only € 4,00 per day.
• Our taxi service brings you comfortably to your apartment. During the ride along the Mediterranean we tell you all about the region and answer all your questions. (not included)
• On arrival we welcome you, show you around so that you feel welcome from the first minute.  When you end your stay we say goodbye to you personally.
• You can rent this apartment the whole year around as many days as you like, with a minimum of 4 days.
• Bed linen and towels are included. Beach towels you bring yourself.

The intimate terrace has 2 chairs and a table, 2 sun beds and a parasol. The terrace is a guarantee for many evenings enjoying the beautiful Mediterranean weather but also many sun hours during the day.

Finally, in the bathroom you will find a washstand, a bathtub and the toilet. The washing machine is at your disposal.

The kitchen has its electric stove, a double washbasin, micro wave, coffee machine, water cooker, a very specious boiler, 3 head electric cooking device, fridge and freezing compartment. You will find plates, glasses and everything you need to prepare your food and eat it on your terrace. That, ofcause, when you do not want to eat out.

In the apartment you are welcomed in the spacious entrance with secured entree door and house phone. When you enter the large living with your private terrace you will see the magnificent view on the Mandelieu Mountains. You also can see the kitchen, next to the living.

The living has everything you need. You will find shutters, sliding doors, ventilation, a large bed hided in the wall unit, a writing desk, TV with all French TNT channels, DVD player, Radio with CD player, a dining table for 2, comfortable fauteuils and a little table.

On the road between Mandelieu and La Napoule we offer you a luxurious apartment.

The apartment is on the first floor in the A building in a very well maintained residence. The residence has a gardien. There is a large swimming pool, a really beautiful Mediterranean garden with Palm trees and cypresses and it has, ofcause, elevators in every building, your own parking place inside the residence. The residence is wheel chair friendly. You do not need to leave the residence if you want a sun bath at the swimming pool or on your private terrace. But if you want to explore the Côte d´Azur this apartment is a very comfortable home base. You will find everything you need.

Mandelieu also has its shopping centre, a Giant Casino and a Tabac on walking distance, the bus stops in front of the residence to bring you to Cannes. On both sides next to the residence there are parks where you can walk in the nature, you will find several golf courts (in Mandelieu itself but also in Mougins, Biot), a bicycle track brings you to La Napoule beach in a few minutes but ofcause you also can walk if you like to.

Mandelieu – La Napoule

Is a small town on the Côte d´Azur with about 18.000 inhabitants. You can enjoy the gastronomic restaurants and nice bars where you can spend a lot of very nice evenings. It has its own train station, La Napoule is a beach town with sand beaches and it has its own marina. The first weekend of April there is the boat show where you can buy and sell occasions and last but not least you can visit the Chateau de la Napoule with Henry Clews ´statue collection but also many changing collections during the year. In Mandelieu it is nice in every season. You will find the specialities all around the year. In summer the many beach parties and fireworks and in winter the very famous French Christmas markets with “Vin Chaud”

When you arrive at the beach the D6098 (formally known as the N98) brings you to Théoule-sur-Mer and further to the beautiful Esterel area with its beautiful red rocks. In the other direction you can visit Cannes (La Croisette, Rue d´Antibes, Filmfestival in May), Antibes (Marché Provencal, Picasso Museum, Voiles d´Antibes in April) and Nice, but also Saint-Paul de Vence (and its artists), Biot (Glass blowing) Mougins and ofcause all the other famous beaches along the Mediterranean Coast. Also the world famous perfume city of Grasse is worth a visit.

If you like culture and cities but also if you like sun bathing you will have not enough time in one holiday and you wanted to come over and over again.
