Antibes offers tourists a host of activities including water sports, tennis, thalassotherapy, theme parks, shopping, museums, cinema and theatre. The town is well known as a place for super yachts and the town has many good restaurants and cafés. The old town is famous for the Picasso museum, a wonderful daily market and many craft shops and boutiques. For those who want it there is an exciting nightlife in the town or closeby in Juan Les Pins.
Antibes brings you pleasure any time of the year as the weather is always very fine (300 days of sunshine a year)
The Villa Francesca, in La Fontonne an area of Antibes, situated in a peaceful domain, surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and beautuful communal pool and poolhouse this sunfilled apartment is the ideal base for a relaxing holyday or discovering the delights of the Cote d´Azur. The residence is built in 2005, has 57 apartments over 4 buildings. All buildings have an elevator. The residence has its own parking, garages, swimming pool and a meditarranean garden of 5 acres with palmtrees.
You can walk to the award winning beach in about 15 minutes, there is a bus stop very nearby the residence which brings you into town or to the train station (TGV stop). Regional busses bring you very cheap to Cannes, Nice, Airport, Juan-Les-Pins, Grasse. So you have all possibilities to discover the Cote d'Azur.
If you come by car, there are many interesting trips to make. If you want to discover the nightlife, there are a lot of possibilities. As a golf player many courts give you all pleasure to play.
You will not be bored and notice that one holyday is too short to discover it all.
Just a few minutes walk will bring you to the local boulangerie and supermarket. The sea and its pebbly beach is a 10 minutes walk away. A five minutes drive or 25 minutes stroll brings you to the mediaeval old town and international marina or hop on the local bus which stops right beside the apartment.
Cleaning:
- At the end of your booking the apartment will be cleaned. We will charge you € 110.00.
Deposit:
- A deposit of € 350 (euro’s) is required for each booking.
- We repay you except in the event of a cancellation or damage to the apartment.
- It will be returned within three weeks after departure, in full or reduced for repairs/cancellation.
Payment of Rental and Deposit:
- 25% of your invoice is payable within one week of making the booking.
- The rental is only confirmed after this first payment and the bookingsd form have been received.
- The additional 75%, becomes due four weeks before arrival.
Cancellations:
- In the event of cancellation for more than a month before the day of arrival you will be charged 50% costs.
- If your cancellation reaches us less than a month before the arrival date you will be charged 100%.
- If you have a valid and accepted reason to cancel, you can change the group of guests with accepting an extra charge of administrative costs. Only the same number of guests is allowed.
- If the same period can be rented out by us, we will refund you the rent minus the (extra) costs we had to make to help you.
In the Villa Francesca we offer you to rent a 2 bedroom apartment to rent for 4 persons maximum.
This beautiful apartment is on the ground floor, has a terrace and a garden facing south. You can enjoy the sun shine all day long.
Facilities:
- 1 Bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with 2 beds.
- Also a double sofa bed in the living room.
- 1.5 Fully fitted Bathrooms. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms.
- A terrace area and little garden facing south with table, 4 chairs and 2 comfortable sun beds.
- The communal parking is next to your private garden.
- A small fully fitted kitchen. You can cook electric, and you can use the stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and dish washer.
- The living room has a TV, DVD, and Radio. You will also find a dining table with 4 chairs.
- Internet and WiFi connection available.
- The apartment has a reversible air conditioning / heating.
- We offer you to rent a children´s bed. This luxurious bed has a service area and storage. Children up to 15 Kg can sleep comfortably on the extra mattress. You can order this bed when you book an apartment for only € 4,00 per day.
- Our taxi service brings you comfortably to your apartment. During the ride along the Mediterranean we tell you all about the region and answer all your questions. (not included).

This apartment is available to rent throughout the year, enabling you to enjoy
the charm of the Mediterranean at any time you choose.
Conditions:
- The apartment is to be rented for a maximum of 4 persons.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace.
- Pets only are allowed with permission of the owner.
- You can start your holiday any day of the week and book as many days you like.
- Minimum stay between July and September is one week, outside the season 4 days.
- You can book as many days as you like.
- Arrival day is between 4.00pm and 6.00pm
- Departure day is between 7.00am and 10am
