House management Basic
We take care of a monthly check in your home. We pay attention to the following points:
- Shutters, windows and doors locked
- Ventilation of your home
- Signs of burglary or attempting to
- Damage in or outside your property
- Extra check after extreme weather
- Vermin’s in your house
- Water, electricity, heating or air-conditioning
- Empty your mailbox
- Report by email
- Advice on necessary repairs
House management Plus
We do everything mentionned in the basic package but you can add more tasks. For instance:
- Do as many checks as you like each month (weekly, by-weekly)
- Cleaning the house, washing and ironing on your arrival and / or departure
- Watering your plants
- Empty your mailbox and email it to you (scan) or sent it to your home address
- Start the fridge
- Start the heating / Air Conditioning
- Do the shopping for you so that you have to eat and to drink on your arrival
- Organise a repair, accompany the works as we are always on site
PA: Personal assistant for your second home
While you are away we manage your second home according to your wishes. What do you think of:
