If there is a heavy rain or power failure we check your house and inform you on the status. If needed we help with the repairs. Of course everything after your consultation.

In Antibes and its area we offer these services to you. We made several packages for you from a simple standard package to a very extensive package. But we also can help you on your special demands.

Basic house management:
We take care of a monthly check in your home and outside. We pay attention to the following points:

• Shutters, windows and doors locked
• Ventilation of your home
• Signs of burglary or attempting to
• Damage in or outside your property
• Vermin’s in your house
• Water, electricity, heating or air-conditioning
• Empty your mailbox
• Report by email
• Advice on necessary repairs and so on

This basic house management takes about one hour on a one year contract base

Plus Package house management:
If the basic package is insufficient for you we can extend the services we can provide on your wishes. For instance with the following points:

• All points in the basic package but as often as you wish
• Cleaning on your arrival and / or departure
• Washing and Ironing services
• Empty your mailbox and email it to you (scan) or sent it to your home address
• Cleaning your terrace and furniture
• Start the fridge
• Start the heating / Air Conditioning
• Extra visits on extreme weather
• Do the shopping for you so that you have to eat and to drink on your arrival
• Organise a repair, accompany the works as we are always on site
• Whatever your extra wishes are

One or more of these points we can add in a one year contract.

One time inspection:It is also possible to do a onetime inspection on demand. We do the standard inspection and your extra wishes.

Administration managementTo help you with the paper work from your home in France we started a package as well.We can help you with:

• Water and electricity companies
• France Telecom, Orange, SFR or other providers
• Open a bank account
• Open an insurance
• Taxe Fonciere
• Taxe d’ habitation
• Taxe de Sejour (tourist taxes)
• Help to translate contracts or documents

Rental package
An ideal combination is a package during the winter in the House management services accompanied to our renting out services. We take care of the complete management and do everything necessary to let it be a success.If you want to rent out to make a good profit for your investment our company is a good choice. Holiday in Antibes is situated in Antibes and we are familiar with the local people and the area. From that point of view we offer you our services.

Management:
This package is similar to the basic package we offer you in our house management. During the season when you rent out we take care of managing and renting out your property. In the management package we see that your home is in the best condition to rent out and after the rent we clean your home, do the laundry and bring the house back in excellent condition. In the season you do not rent out we offer you one of our house management packages. Even if you have more agents to rent out it is good to let us manage your apartment or villa.

Rent out your apartment or villa:
We offer you a complete service on a high level

• The basic package in our house management services but we take care of it before and after you rent out
• Making a website for you in Dutch and English and put it on our server
• Contact for you with maintenance services like swimming pool, gardener and if needed any others
• Full administration for your bookings, take payments of the rent, damage deposit and cleaning
• Full administration of the tourist taxes
• Take care of all correspondence with your guests
• Take care that your home is fully cleaned before your guests arrive
• All beds are made before arrival of your guests
• Checking everything in your home, electricity, TV, internet, radio, fridge and so on
• Taxi service can be provided from the airport to your apartment (not included)
• Key handling serves on arrival and departure of your guests
• We welcome your guests in person and show them around your house, telling them all they need to know
• Show your guests around your residence
• Check your property before and after your guest’s  stay
• Pay back the damage deposit after your guest’s stay
• Checking the meter for Gas, Electricity, Telephone and Internet
• During opening hours we are available for your guests for any questions and help
• We provide an end cleaning for your house
• We take care of the laundry (including materials)
• We provide a report to the owner of the apartment or villa and pay the rent in your account
• Extra wishes on your part are always possible

If you do your own management of renting out but you need an agent to hand over the key to your guests we can help you as well.
